Hurt my knee pushing furniture and now I'm paying for it!!
After Chiropractor giving me ice pads, ortho giving me a shot, I'm doing better.
We had 2 x-rays and one MRI.
Yup torn Meniscus, Arthur(ritis) and a piece of bone hanging from my femur!
So this is my leg getting iced (iced baby)
But if you want to come play, come pick me up and drive me where I dont have to walk too far and we can git 'er done!
My buddy Susan Garry came over and helped me unpack and put things away!
I'll forever be indebted to her!

Then.........
one day Susan Garry took me to the movies, $2.00 Each to get in. It's our favorite theatre!! Then we tried the famous Frankies Hot Dogs...everything was FRIED, but I abstained!! Had a hot dog and a Mr. Pibb and I wasn't affected at all!!
Then........
Sue Peck came by and we tried a little restaurant but it was horrible, then we came back and chilled and waited for Susan to come by and the 3 of us headed out to dinner and ended up at San Remo's Italian Restaurant. It was delicious! The girls had Tiramisu and it was huge!

Patti Owen Taylor, my shy quiet librarian friend, wanted to go to the Casino again this year! Well being the good friend that I am, I went with her! LOL I limped around to find the Keno area and Patti went into the "non smoking" area. We've got our system down pretty good now! We had lots of laughs and had a great time.
