FINALLY INTERNET!

Today is Friday, June 27th.  We left Spring Hill, TN on Monday, June 16th.  So on this post I will try to play catch up!

Can't remember where we stayed but we had fun travelling back roads.

Day 5 - Friday.  Went to Hanover, New Hampshire to see Jack's "sand box friends" that he grew up with.  We had a great time visiting at lunch.  Then we headed to Kirby, NH for a "Celebration of 150 birthdays" with his brother and sister in law.  Had a great dinner with the gang.

Day 6 - Saturday. Relatives galore and some I haven't met before.  Some came from Holland.  When I met this couple I said "you speak English really well" to which they replied, "we should, we live in Boston."

Day 7 - Sunday.  Had brunch and wore out our welcome, everyone was so tired!

Day 8 - Monday.  Headed over the hill to visit Jack's teacher, Nat Smith. What a great time we had.  His dog, Charlie and Shadow got along famously.  They played all over the fields and yards.  Jack and Nat reminisced.  Nat fixed us a great lunch and then we headed over to see his family home on the lake.  The dogs loved the water and the view was awesome.

Then we went to see our friends in Manchester, NH, Kristin and David Barrigan.  Had a wonderful dinner and great conversation, but NO pictures!!!  :(

Day 9 - Tuesday.  Went to Ogonquit, MA and Jack took the dog for her first romp in the ocean. She DID NOT like the salt water!

Went to dinner with Suzanne at Billy's Chowder in Wells, Ma.

Day 10 - Wednesday.  Went to visit Jack's brother and sister in law at their home in Woburn, MA.  It was a hot and humid day and they were having A/C installed!  Drained us all, but we enjoyed our time together!

Day 11 - Thursday.  Had breakfast with friend and Taft alumn, Jerry & Margaret Mitchell at Maugus Restaurant in Wellesley, MA. What a piece of work those two are!  Had so much fun.  It was too short of a time.  Headed to Taft and arrived about 3:30.
